Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, personal data subjects, defined as “relevant person” in said Law, have the right:
- To learn whether or not their personal data has been processed,
- To request information on the procedure, if their personal data have been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing the personal data and whether they have been used in line with the processing purpose,
- To learn the third persons to whom their personal data are transferred at home or abroad,
- To request the correction of incompletely or inaccurately processed personal data, and to request that the operations carried out within this scope are notified to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred,
- To request deletion or destruction of their personal data in the case that reasons requiring the processing thereof are no longer applicable despite such personal data having been processed in compliance with the LPPD and other legal provisions, and to demand that the procedure performed to that end is communicated to third parties to whom its personal data are transferred,
- To object to any result against them arising from analysis of the processed data solely through automatic systems, and to request recovery of damages in case it incurs any loss due to the unlawful processing of its personal data.
The data subject must submit the requests regarding the implementation of the Law to the data controller in writing or by other methods to be determined by the Board. We kindly ask you to submit your written requests to us by filling out the Application Form you can find at our website and through the communication channels specified below.

The application date shall be the date the notice is served on the data controller, and applications duly forwarded to us by personal data subjects will be finalized, free of charge, within 30 days at the latest after the date of notification, according to the nature of the request, and the answers will be notified to you in writing or electronically as per Article 13 of the LDDP. However, in the case that the process requires any additional cost, we may charge the fee in the tariff determined by the Board of Protection of Personal Data.
We may contact you to clarify your request if the request, information, and documents you have submitted to us within the scope of your application are incomplete or found incomprehensible.
